​How Do I Place An Order?

 

We are currently closed on true customs but have several customizable options on our website! To place an order add desired item to cart and proceed to checkout. Please be sure to text brand image to Lance at (918)323-5905.  We post new, one of a kind stock buckles weekly that are available on a "grabs" basis. They will be posted on the website and the first person to purchase gets them! 

***CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CLOSES OCTOBER 1st so any thing ordered after October 1st ships after the first of the year! If your unsure message me before ordering for delivery time!*** 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Full payment is expected up front on website orders. . We have PayPal, Venmo and can take credit cards.  Products ship USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground. Please allow at least 8 weeks for orders to ship, remember every product is handmade from start to finish. 

Returns & Refunds

 

I do not accept returns or refunds but I do understand things happen. If there is a fault in my workmanship I will be more than happy to fix the issue. I always try to send a picture of the order prior to shipping to ensure you are satisfied. 

Care Instructions

Our buckles are made of steel with sterling silver, German silver, copper and brass overlays. Overtime these buckles can rust and tarnish with out proper care. If rust does occur simply scrub with 0000 steel wool (make sure its fine 0000 or it can scratch the silver) and then apply an oil (baby oil, gun oil, WD-40, etc) to prevent rust. Always store buckles in a dry environment (not the bathroom) to prevent rust. Turquoise is a soft stone and if not treated carefully can crack. Always hang up and store in a safe place.
